X77 Ventures operates across five countries and deals with counterparties in several more. The notices below set out our regulatory status and the data-protection regime that applies in each market. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
What we are, and what we are not.
X77 Ventures is a privately-held investment and operating group. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, custodian, fund manager or licensed financial-services provider. We do not solicit deposits and we do not manage external client money. Everything on this website is general information about what the group and its divisions do — it is not financial product advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, an offer of securities, or a solicitation to acquire any financial product, in any jurisdiction. Advisory work is commercial consultancy engaged under standard commercial engagement letters.

Australia
X77 Ventures Pty Ltd, ABN 40 679 566 137. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles; complaints may be made to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010) are not excluded. X77 holds no Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and no Australian Credit Licence (ACL), and is not a registered tax agent or BAS agent. Resident-director and corporate-secretarial work is governance and compliance support, not regulated tax, accounting or legal advice.
United Arab Emirates
Personal data is handled consistently with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and, where a free-zone entity applies, DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 or the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. X77 is not authorised by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the DFSA or the FSRA and carries on no regulated financial activity in the UAE. Robotics operations are compliance-first: ADMCC in Abu Dhabi and SIRA-partnered operations in Dubai.
United States
X77 USA. Where applicable we observe the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and equivalent state privacy laws. X77 is not registered with the SEC or FINRA, is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and does not offer or solicit securities in the United States. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security.
New Zealand
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and the Information Privacy Principles; complaints may be made to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. X77 does not hold a Financial Markets Authority (FMA) licence and provides no financial adviser service in New Zealand.
Philippines
Personal data is handled under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its IRR, with the National Privacy Commission as supervisory authority. X77 is not registered with SEC Philippines as a securities dealer or investment house.
United Kingdom & European Union
Where we process personal data of UK or EU residents we do so consistently with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR (2016/679), relying on legitimate interests or consent, and using Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of those regions.
South Africa
Where relevant, personal information is handled under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). X77 holds no FSCA licence and conducts no regulated financial services activity in South Africa.
