Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

X77 Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 40 679 566 137) and its group entities — including X77 USA — operate this website and the businesses described on it (collectively "X77 Ventures", "we", "us"). Our group head office is in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

2. What we collect

When you visit x77ventures.com.au or contact us we may collect: server log data (IP address, user agent, timestamps); the content of enquiries and any attachments you send us; details you enter into our contact, quote or registration forms; and analytics data via Google Analytics 4. We do not set advertising cookies or sell personal information.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to and route your enquiry to the right specialist
To provide the services you have asked us about
To maintain the security and integrity of the website
To meet legal, tax, anti-money-laundering and customer due diligence obligations
To understand aggregate website usage and improve our content

4. How we store and protect it

Correspondence is stored on enterprise Microsoft and Google infrastructure under access controls. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. We apply data minimisation — we collect only what we need — and restrict internal access on a need-to-know basis. Customer due diligence records for corporate-services engagements are retained for the period required by applicable AML/CTF law.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and may object to or restrict certain processing, by emailing hello@x77ventures.com.au. Your specific rights and the supervisory authority you may complain to depend on your jurisdiction — see section 7.

6. International transfers

X77 Ventures operates across five countries — Australia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, New Zealand and the Philippines. Personal information may be transferred between these jurisdictions, and to service providers in them, for legitimate business purposes. Where information leaves its country of origin we rely on standard contractual clauses, adequacy findings, or equivalent contractual safeguards.

7. Jurisdiction-specific notices

The following apply according to where you are located and where the relevant X77 entity operates:

Australia (HQ)

X77 Ventures Pty Ltd, ABN 40 679 566 137, Queensland. Personal information handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Complaints may be made to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010) are not excluded.

United Arab Emirates

Operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Personal data handled consistently with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and, where a free-zone entity applies, DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 or ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. X77 is not authorised by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), DFSA or FSRA and does not carry on regulated financial activity in the UAE.

United States

X77 USA, operating from Miami, Florida. Where applicable we observe the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and equivalent state privacy laws. X77 is not registered with the SEC or FINRA, is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and does not offer or solicit securities in the United States.

New Zealand

Auckland branch presence. Personal information handled under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and the Information Privacy Principles; complaints may be made to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. X77 does not hold a Financial Markets Authority (FMA) licence and provides no financial adviser service in New Zealand.

Philippines

Manila branch presence. Personal data handled under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its IRR, with the National Privacy Commission as supervisory authority. X77 is not registered with the SEC Philippines as a securities dealer or investment house.

United Kingdom & European Union

Where we process personal data of UK or EU residents, we do so consistently with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR (2016/679), relying on legitimate interests or consent, and using Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of those regions.

South Africa

Historic and partner activity. Where relevant, personal information is handled under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). X77 holds no FSCA licence and conducts no regulated financial services activity in South Africa.

See our Cookie Policy. We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic measurement. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or your browser's cookie controls.
