1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of x77ventures.com.au, operated by X77 Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 40 679 566 137) and its group entities including X77 USA. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Nature of the information on this site
This website describes what the group and its divisions do. Content is general information only. It is not financial product advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, an offer of securities, or a solicitation or recommendation to acquire any financial product or interest, in any jurisdiction.
3. Licensing and regulatory status
X77 Ventures is not a bank, broker-dealer, custodian, or licensed financial-services provider. We do not solicit deposits and do not manage external client funds. Specifically, X77 holds no Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), no New Zealand FMA licence, no South African FSCA licence, no UAE SCA/DFSA/FSRA authorisation, and no SEC or FINRA registration in the United States. Our advisory work is commercial consultancy — strategic, governance and operator counsel — engaged under standard commercial engagement letters.
4. Corporate services
Resident-director and corporate-secretarial services are governance and compliance support. They are not regulated tax, accounting or legal advice. X77 Ventures is not a registered tax agent or BAS agent and does not hold an AFSL or ACL. Accounting, complex secretarial and legal work is referred to appropriately licensed partner firms.
5. No reliance and forward-looking statements
Statements about future plans, launches, targets or timelines (including soft-launch dates for divisions) are forward-looking and subject to change. Third-party case data, performance figures and product specifications are attributed to their sources and are not warranted by us.
6. Third-party brands and products
Where a division acts as an authorised agent or reseller, product names, marks and specifications belong to their respective owners. Portfolio line-ups shown are target portfolios and are subject to signed vendor agreements and market availability.
7. Intellectual property
All content, marks and design on this site are owned by or licensed to X77 Ventures. You may view and print pages for your own use; you may not republish or commercially exploit them without written permission.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded — including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
9. Governing law and market-specific notices
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. The following market notices also apply:
Australia (HQ)
X77 Ventures Pty Ltd, ABN 40 679 566 137, Queensland. Personal information handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Complaints may be made to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010) are not excluded.
United Arab Emirates
Operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Personal data handled consistently with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and, where a free-zone entity applies, DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 or ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. X77 is not authorised by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), DFSA or FSRA and does not carry on regulated financial activity in the UAE.
United States
X77 USA, operating from Miami, Florida. Where applicable we observe the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and equivalent state privacy laws. X77 is not registered with the SEC or FINRA, is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and does not offer or solicit securities in the United States.
New Zealand
Auckland branch presence. Personal information handled under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) and the Information Privacy Principles; complaints may be made to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. X77 does not hold a Financial Markets Authority (FMA) licence and provides no financial adviser service in New Zealand.
Philippines
Manila branch presence. Personal data handled under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its IRR, with the National Privacy Commission as supervisory authority. X77 is not registered with the SEC Philippines as a securities dealer or investment house.
United Kingdom & European Union
Where we process personal data of UK or EU residents, we do so consistently with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR (2016/679), relying on legitimate interests or consent, and using Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of those regions.
South Africa
Historic and partner activity. Where relevant, personal information is handled under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). X77 holds no FSCA licence and conducts no regulated financial services activity in South Africa.
